Note from the Prez. 2/21
Recently a friend introduced me to G-10. This is a glass epoxy laminate material available in sheet, rod and tube.
This material is natural green in color and available in sheet thickness from a few 1000’s to about 3” thick.
This material is very and I mean very hard. I cut it with an abrasive cut off saw and used a disc sander to get it to final shape.
It can be used for many things such as but not limited to: Tiller arms, control arms, canopy reinforcement, hinges and cockpit reinforcement, etc.
It is available from several sources. Just Google G-10 .

I will be assisting Chuck Travers family in disposing of his model airplane related items. He has several complete models. Some with gas and some with glow engines. I will be posting photos soon but in the meantime if you have a need please call me.
He also has a clamshell type trailer which we will be asking $1,200 for.

This is typical practive for the other clubs I am a member of. Come early and fly and then we can have a business meeting.
Let me know your thoughts.
See you at the field!
